Why my PS3 has such horrible framerate on such an ugly game is beyond me. Fix it!

I hope they didn't fix the physical/arcane tome bug with Bodahn.

Why didn't you people address the Dex issue? This games manual has been lying to us for months. Just make the code work properly!!!!! I'm astounded you've not corrected this mistake all these months...

Multiple exclamation points? The sign of a true mad man.
As an aside to that, I would like to ask if anyone has checked their current damage values based on that those noted fixes may have been in addition to the ones previously noted on other platforms (though I don't know why they wouldn't want to be as clear as possible). And if this is not the case, I'm inclined to ask ever so politely that the reason for this to be adressed. I mean, it seems only common courtesy to adress the bugs that affect a larger section of the game than a monsters avatar.
However, I don't want it to be overlooked that I do appreciate the update.

A gift? What gift? I am European playing on PS3.Paul143 wrote...
i think it is only for europe, because
they cannot get awakening for box, only for download. so bioware give
them a gift as for incentive...

On a side note: i downloaded this 'patch'. I'd regard it to be something made by like the modding community, oh wait that would be tarnishing its name. No one makes patches that have no noticeable effects whatsoever. Especially considering.... dual striking is still a piece of ****. That and.. RTO. An incentive to make me buy RTO.. well there isn't one. Great Patch guys add more things to it next time such as all the bugs rather than useless (i have no idea what they are).

When you start Dragon Age on the PS3, it should tell you there is an update. Once you have installed the update/patchy thingy, the menu on the Dragon Age game then shows that there is new downloadable content. Here is an image from another user:Wournos wrote...

I am in the uk, and have managed to download it ok. I hope you get it working soon, all of you.

At the top of my wishlist of fixes for the PS3 version is to have a way of scrolling that doesn't cause quests and codex items to be automatically marked as read. Since you cannot see the items below the highlighted item, you don't have a way to tell if what you have selected is something you've read before or not.
Thank you!
That has been one of my biggest gripes... but I swear you are the only other person I have seen post about it.
So happy to find out I'm not alone on that one.
Why couldn't we scroll down the list with the right stick without moving the 'cursor'? Say have the left stick control the cursor, and the right one control the list scroll. Would that be so hard to put in?
This little thing makes the codex all but unusable for me... which is a shame because there was obviously a lot of time/effort/content put into it.

The feastday gifts are fun
The patch could have been better though - fixing the dexterity issue mainly.

Personaly I feel tricked and "had" by Bioware, you must have known this "patch" wasn't going to fix any major problems with the game.
Dexterity adds 0.5 attack rating to bows and 0.3 damage, it adds no damage to daggers.
