for me the patch basically destroyed my game... the disc has no scratches but for some reason the game freezes every 5-10 mins ever since i got into the 1st town after recruiting Morrigan n the dog (which i never experienced before this patch). cant be my ps3 coz i can play other games w/o the freeze or hanging.. i was planning to buy the DAA but now i think i wont anymore dont wanna waste $40 on a game that hangs..

Check the DAO PS3 boards, this is not the game, it's a problem w/ PS FW latest update, Bioware was not given the FW to test, it broke their game

Really? I mean yes, the Firmware Update is clearly the problem, and that Sony doesn't provide an advance of its updates to its 3rd. party publishers is undeniably stupid, but come on....

Dragon Age is "Snake-Bit". There was (is) something very, very wrong fundamentally within the game.

Xbox and pc version of DA:O are on 1.03 and I still can't get my DLC content from Collector's edition on my ps3. This sux.
