Dear BioWare.

I love DAO and i had finish 8 times.
You knew the bug issues but never fix it.
I am a jackass and spend all my bucks for your DLC.
You keep ignore ps3 user and concern on pc.
I will take my DAO to the store and trade it for God of War 3
You wont do any fix as i know.
I'm and dissapointed with you and say bye bye to you.

Kind regard.
Your lovely support which is betrayed by you.

I would of thought that it would of been better to fix the quest lines before working on the little details >_>

Such as the boss fight fixes

Having the same issue with the Stone Prisoner DLC. I am not able to find it in the downloadable content menu within the game thus not being able to download it. Any advise would be much appreciated.

... how it is possible that this game was allowed for release ... I don't believe that Awakening was tested... One big bug. Why there is no information from BioWare that the patch is already on its way ??

I'm just pissed about why The PS3 cant get the same graphics or at least close to the same graphics as the pc version did. Like come on, for a console system the ps3 can handle so much and yet developers don't want to spend the money to use the PS3's full capability. I spent $70 to get this game because it was made by Bioware and playing KOTOR games I've never been disappointed but it just pisses me off how I spent more money on a console that is suppose to have the best hardware in the market today and get a game that was made on xbox 360's hardware capabilities and then transferred to PS3 format....I MEAN COME ON!!! I know your guys aren't the only ones that do that but STAND OUT, make YOUR GAMES look far SUPERIOR than any other game developer out there! When this finally happens, I will be pleased to spend the $60 or $70 you guys price your games at. And I hope Dragon Age 2 will not be a let down. Double the gameplay (excluding the exploring part) I've noticed as developers try to increase graphics the sacrifice the length of a game....I would rather have a lengthy game then amazing graphics. It should be at least 40hrs of gameplay without exploration meaning playing the game through without looking around for things and doing sub quests (those two should make it 10 - 30 more hours of gameplay) If you guys are the first to make this happen then YOU WILL SET THE COMPETITION HIGH FOR OTHER RPG DEVELOPERS! I buy your games because it was made by BIOWARE, please don't let us down like this and start creating games that are short and full of bugs. THIS IS WHAT MAKES YOU LOSE PROFIT IN THE END not EARN it.

No...this would be poetry:

I love DOA, and finish 8 times
You knew it was buggy and broke
But you never fixed mine
I am a jackass and spent all my money
On DLC for PS3,
And I don't find it funny
You are all fanboys for the PC
So I take my DOA back to the store
And trade it for God of War 3...

He had the desire, he just lacked the English skills to really bring it home...Image IPB

Bravo. Sadly I don't trade in games anymore since im saving them for when later girlfriends when they get bored. Still need to pick up a DS just for that as well later. Anyways, its buggy but not totally borked. I just wish Bioware would release a list of supposed fixes that was done when the game was ported to consoles considering that a patch for PC actually took some time to come out.

I'm not sure I understand the Armour Penetration rebalancing. It's being changed so that enemies have a higher AP score at higher levels? So you'll get bigger armour, but it won't be much more effective because they're more capable of ignoring a character's armour? Really, that does take the purpose out of wearing MASSIVE DRAGONBONE PLATE, and whatnot.

Rogues can bump up Defense and grab Evasion to not be hit, Mages can stand back and buff up to ignore damage. Warriors wear plate, and for God knows what reason? Again, failure to comprehend the change, and this is with utter disregard to my bewildered state upon reading the very few and very minor changes included within the patch. I could go on for hours about THAT.

Warriors have always failed to comprehend the change. Universal Law :?

Hey back the FRACK off. Bioware doing the best it can to care of the IMPORTANT bugs, minor gliches come in time. Do any of you really understand how hard it is for them to manage THREE simultaneous releases of a game across THREE different platforms????? In addition to providing working DLC to keep you loud mouthed punks happy?????? And as for that warrior issue.....I resent that, cuz if you had just killed the guy quick enough to begin with then you wouldn't be having that problem.

I put DA:O on the shelf due to the bugs and poor framerate, hoping that a patch might fix things. I check in today to discover a patch which fixes nothing that players actually wanted fixing.

Bioware, you can forget about me buying any expansions or DLC for this game.

That's a really good point.
Maybe you could share with us all of the really important bugs that they have fixed with patches thusfar.
The PS3 version of Origins released in November, so it's been 5 months.
You would figure in that time that there would have been a bunch of important bugs fixed.
To really make your point you should point out to people what has been fixed so far.

right.  because issues like:

"Portraits for summoned creatures were displaying improperly while in the party camp."

are SUPER important issues that EVERYONE complained about.  the fact is that the MAJOR issues that people have been complaining about for months have not been addressed.  we've been told that they are "looking into it", but i doubt they've even done that much.

I picked up the 120gb PS3 before the slims came out. I upgraded the HD to 500gb My PS3 was a little over a year old when I got DAO and I am surprised by the kinds of problems some owners are having. I have only been recently moving video off to an external drive and freeing up space. Wondering if fragmentation might not play a part in some of the problems. I had played 4 character through before the patch and 1 after which was an eye opener. I have the RtO and DAA played through 3 times so far. There needs to be a utility to reset the game to just installed on the PS3 that means all trophies cleared out. Back to the patch, the game is different now I think you should be able to start from the begining with these tweaks. If the manuals are going to be unlocked at level 14 then they should be locked for new characters requiring them to unlock them once the SAVE/RELOAD has been removed. And put few extra silver in the drops.

Would someone please do us the kindness of NOT repeating the RtO debachal and actually communicate. As I continue to say on every post I've been making, I (as well as other I'm sure) would simply like some sort of update on how the patch is coming. Just something so that we know you are watching listening and actually care.

No even a response of Bioware... Bravo! great customer support [sarcasm], why is the purpose of this kind of thread, when the devs behind it just ignore us our request.

Bioware, may I fall one time but a second is a no no...

yeh probably not going to buy anymore SH!T material from Bioware. EA games was already sh!t and then they started associating with other developers and destroying them like what they did to bioware.

Actually EA has been putting out some good stuff. Its frigging support thats bugging people out. If you wanna talk about an EA game that had total support to there costumers, Burnout Paradise is one of em. I've also loved Brutal Legend and few other games that made their way to release. Hell, Brutal Legend was on its way to development hell before EA stepped in. So if you really have a problem with Bioware and their games, take it up with Bioware.
