Am I missing something or is there really no auto-run feature? And if not, are there any plans?

Yeah i'm missing that auto-run toggle. It looks a bit stupid to be running in buildings like that.

Doesn't allow it? Why not? I'm not thinking of anything fancy here, I just don't want to have to hold W all the time while running long distances (or keep right clicking, which I find less comfortable).
The ability to turn on auto-run while just having to steer would be a great relief for people with carpal tunnel I'm sure.

Autorun kills the immersion. I personally was disappointed there was no option to control your feet independently, so I could hit "A" for my left foot forward, and "D" for right foot forward. Makes walking sooo much more realistic.

Many of us have carpal tunnel or similar issues from gaming for so long, anything that helps with that is great. auto-run is a great feature from mmo's that all rpgs need to adopt.

BioWare (If you read this) - He has a point. PLEASE include this in a patch. After Oblivion and WoW (and I'm sure many other RPGs) which both have this feature, playing an entire game with "W" or both mouse buttons pressed down is awkward to say the least.

I would like to add my support for this idea. The auto-run toggle is a required element for modern RPG games.

Better yet would be a mini map that is up while game active, and
the ability to point on that map the end destination
the ability to point on that map the end destination
