Is there an event that tells you when a player has read a codex
entry? It seems like there should be something that fires when they
click on it.

I don't see anything like that in the events list in the wiki.

You could check out EVENT_TYPE_CODEX_CHANGED (100).



It may be that it fires when a codex entry has been updated, not when someone has read the entry.
