I think anti-gay was the wrong way to put it. But they can have a support heterosexual only group. Just like there is a same-sex support group. They can do whatever they want. As long as they aren't being hateful you should respect that.

Can I just point out that it feels like my original quote has been hijacked; it was just me being sarcastic about the revealing of Hackett's face and the pic of the now-famous Quarian-pounce maneuver in the preceding post. I'd have a hard time being 'anti-gay'... it'd mean I'd never speak to my brother again for starters...

This thread is about Hacket,  can we avoid yet another gay/ant-gay thread.  There no need for it and there is a dozen threads for it out there. Just because one person mentions it it shouldnt stir this much contraversy after about 3 posts.   

After all we dont want another woo lockdown over a simple miss placed words.    Lets get back on topic shall we

Agreed. I loved hearing him in the first one. The sigh before he talked like a worn out soldier. It was awesome to hear him haha. I missed that in ME2.

How did this go from a Admiral Hacket support convo to talking about Gay Love????????I vote Hackett in ME3 complete with more Alliance missions against Geth and Batarian scum. Oh yeah and some Reaper take downs as well.

Forgive and forget,  were all friends here 

I think the whole side quest spin doesnt have the same effect for ME2.   After all it is almost a race to the suicide mission so going to random systems doesnt hold much value.  In ME at least you had the elevator and terminals to tell you what was going on and where to go for your side quests.   

Even if you didnt know at least Hacket was there to tell you there was a problem.   How I miss solving all of Hackets problems.  He probably be demoted to Gunnery Chief right now if Shepard never solved those nuclear bomb issues and such

Well, I do like Hackett. He's one of my favourite faceless ME1 characters. On the other hand, I'm against your other group because I believe in equality and nobody is forcing Shepard to be gay. Something like that would be optional (and I'm sure there would be less objection to a gay female shepards) so I think I'll abstain.

Is it possible that, based on your decisions in the end of Mass Effect, Admiral Hackett could have died in the fight against Sovereign and the geth. His fleet was the one fighting

He is still alive, the news talks about him having people not arresting the people who try to extinguish the flames on torfin or w/e. Personally he was one my favorite npc from ME1 Also, HE HAD THE COOLEST MOST BADASS SOUNDING VOICE OF ALL THE CHARACTERS IN ME1
