Maybe a different hairstyle might work better? and a bit more of a tan?

The skincolor should be improved, i agree on that. In my opinion the hairstyles are by far too limited.

I think the fourth setting across from the left would work well (if it's the tone I'm thinking of).

Overall, I'd say it's a pretty accurate representation. I think that the face of your avatar is a bit longer than "Hector" but it is a bit hard to tell because they angle of the portrait is different.

Might be the photo or my monitor but the hair is too dark - I'd go a shade lighter.
