Its soo strange, I can't log into my account through the website. Even
with my correct password, I even changed it, and it didn't work. The
only way I can log on, is through my Dragon Age Origins Game. I don't
know if its a error of this site, but can someone please help me out
here!!!!

I typed this really fast, I didn't say my email didn't work before,

but this issue is resolved, for some random reason, the email now works, this was probably some site glitch i suspect happen, and maybe it passed, I really can care less, the dam things working now, so happy people can ****** me off further with the usually answers of the log in trouble, here are some obvious, and not soo obvious ones, in a list of what to do, if you have log in problems

Things you should try, to see if your log in works
1.have you typed your password in caplock
2.Have you tried your email as the user log name
3.have you tried logging from your game
4.if none of those things works, lol you're screwed
5.make another account, and forum your problems

yeah on your bottom left of the screen of the menu, or when you pause, there should be a log screen, when you log in, press online profile, you know when you're submiting your pictures, and it should take you stright to your character's profile page

lol it worked, but now I can't log on through the game anymore lol XD. boy this is really weird

man I was able to finially log through the game, it took couple of tries, hopefully, I don't have to go through this again

I do not know if it was an intended change or a side effect (that's a no).

lol I didn't see no sticky again, the only sticky I saw was like old,
said it would happen between Feb. 24-25, of this year. But it happened
to me in march, but the weird thing was I tried my email before, and it
didn't work. For some odd reason it now does, I hope it stays that way.
Thank goddess I wasn't the only one, I thought I was going nuts over
this. I even had a fight with a moderator, when I asked him for help or
if he could direct me to someone who could, he told me shouldn't get
special treatment, I should go to forum it. I don't know where that
came from, but sometimes I feel these moderators just sometimes don't
care (or give a rat ****) about our problems, seriously. And I think
not being able to log on is a serious one. After my screen name, and
email didn't work, who was I was to turn to for help. After I was able
to log through the game, I wasn't goin to waste no time by just simply
foruming it, not knowing when I was going to get back on again, I was
going to ask for answers straight. I mean isn't it natural a person
would do that. He was giving me lip for just asking. Apparently it
isn't his job to offer any guides and I can understand that, but just I
wish he wasn't rude to me.

Okay, but why should you get special treatment? We have the forum there
for exactly this reason. If people thought they could get their problem
solved by PM-ing someone directly, that person or those people would be
swamped with requests, wouldn't they?

its not about a special request or treatment, its just about finding
simple help. "Special treatment," sounds alittle hostile there. I
should be the one getting upset, you're basically telling me nothing,
and oh another thing, there are forums out there that have moderators
guide and give input to other people, at the same time making sure
forums don't get out of hand. So please, spare the overwhelming talk,
plus some of those forums you mention, can go for days without an
answer, which to me destroys the purpose of foruming in the first
place. In some cases no body responds. Does it hurt to ask, apparently
does. Sorry I even tried, thank you for assistance.

Now I love the games these guys giave us, and I'm a fan of them, or else I wouldnt be here. But why, must these guys gave me mixed emotions about them, well I'm beginning to only like their games now. Or maybe I just wasn't too lucky yet to encounter a mod, whose nice. And I won't say who it was, I don't want to cause problems, with directing any fire to a particular person, I'm sure there are mods out there who are nice, but I just wanted to show what I was dealing with. After the haveing trouble with loging from email, screenname, changing password, through website, then to encounter this (I know it isn't his job to answer questions) just felt like a slap to the face, what can I say

You are the one being hostile. This is why we have this forum. Your question was answered within a day (and only because I was ill and couldn't be bothered to pay closer attention to the forum). The developers are busy developing, they do not have time to offer customer service on a per user basis.

you didn't offer me anything, I used my email already before, days (in march) before I forumed it, let me say it daaaayysss, thats alot of time to try different things to log on, believe me, for whatever crap random reason it did now, plus I understand, I said in my previous comment "its not part of their job to answer questions" so you just being moronic if you think I don't understand what they're going through, plus just was just a segment of it, you didn't see the whole thing, you know what forgot it, this help site forum offical sucks, I got no help from here at all. It was by chance it worked this time, maybe there was a glitch in the system, and now it works, it still doesn't explain why I couldn't log on from the game. I wont be asking help from this forum again, plus if I'm just alittle pissed from days trying different ways that failed at loging in, I think its a no brainer that person be alittle upset, or maybe I think he be happy, no he be pissed off. like banging my head against a wall, I'm going nowhere. So please forgave me if I seem alittle upset

and seriously, don't take credit for helping me, let me stress again that I tried that again and before, many times, why it work this time, hell I have no idea, and why it didn't decide to work days before, alludes me
