If my Shep has Warp Ammo, will Disruptor Ammo do anything for him? 

It appears that Disruptor Ammo takes down shields faster....but this is marginal.   It looks to me like Warp Ammo is nearly as fast, so it doesn't seem like its worth the point expenditure.

Advice/Opinions please.

Disruptor should take down shields faster, but if you don't notice any negligible difference continue using Warp Ammo, it is the most useful for multiple situations.
