I bought the version of the game that contained a code used to get the Stone Prisoner DLC for free. I redeemed the code, downloaded and installed it. But when I speak to the man who sells the control rod in Sulcher's Pass, I still only get the dialogue option that connects me to PlayStation Store. I already downloaded the DLC, do I really need to pay for a new one? :S

ive just bought 2 expansions for my game and i cant get them to work. i have polish game and usa psn account, bought the update from usa ps store how can i get it to work ? please help !!!

I have the same problem as Lazaruz.



Just brought the collector's edition and all the codes work and download fine, except "The Stone Prisoner". This DLC was listed before in the game, but it has now disappeared ever since I entered the code. There is no option to download it at all.

I also have the same problem. I entered to code and nothing happened , The Stone Prisoner dissapeared from the list of DLC and when I talk to the guy he only gives me the option to buy the DLC.

European games work only with European DLC, Usa games work only with Usa DLC

hehe.. seems like there isnt just me who have the problem.. happened the same thing for me.. all dlcs except the stone prisoner worked just fine.. stone prisoner disappeared from the list and i have been in contact with bioware about this and last he said that it could be solved by delete the dragon age game data file.. because it might be corrupt and it was.. but still didnt work and then i thought that i might need to delete save data aswell and did that and once more deleted the game data file.. but didnt work either.. so i dont know what to do.. last i told him to update the account once more and maybe it would work this time..but i guess i will have to wait about 12hours for a reply

I have the same problem, what´s the solution?, i dont have the dlc in the list and i use the code.

Same problem here, only the blood armour worked correctly.

Same problem here, BDA worked fine, shale didnt.
reported it to EA support and they answered that its a known problem and they hope that the developers take care of it quickly.
So I guess all we can do is wait and hope...

Then why has EA support asked me to delete game save data (again)?



Dr_Bones, can you please post an excerpt from EA support stating that this is a known issue so that I can tell the support agent working on my case?

Try going in the PSN download history and re-download it and install it.

Also, re-deeming the codes are different for the 2 DLC, you have to follow the directions if you did, then go to PSN download history.

I habe den beigelegten code fuer das addon "stone prisoner" online eingegeben und auf der bioware seite wird auch aufgelistet dass ich es besitze, allerdings kann ich es auf meiner playstation nicht herunterladen und im playstation store wird nicht erkannt dass ich es schon besitze, bitte schaffen sie abhilfe, vielen dank

Hi guys, I've got the same problem as you.

When I first started the game I entered both codes BDA and SP, but the SP disappeared afterwards.

The BDA was purchased and downloaded.

I wrote 3 emails to EA/Bioware and got no real help so far.

Also I was in 3 Live Chat Sessions with Bioware employees and tried to fix it there, but they just gave me tips to delete the game data and/or the savegame.



In the last session the employee would be so helpful to give me even a NEW SP code, but everything that happened was again that no DL was added and the code was invalid after that.



I hope they'll fix that soon...

Hi Folks,

I'm having a problem with the Return to Ostagar DLC. I am at the end of the game "post coronation" and can't get back to the camp!!! I decided to delete everything (except gamesaves) and start my install from scratch. This is what I did

• Deleted all of the game data and the latest update.
• Ran the game which installed the latest update.
• The game couldn't load my saves because the DLC involved wasn't installed.
• When I went to the In-game DLC option I found that the Stone Prisoner DLC was missing from the list.

I have the Stone Prisoner DLC in my PS Store downloads so I could dowload it again.

Sorry to be so long-winded but there has obviously been a mess up somewhere along the line with the Stone Prisoner DLC

My case with EA/Bioware is curretly in an "unresolved" status. There was no mention that they were working on a fix. I just hope they do fix it soon though.

I thought I was alone on this...The blood dragon armour works, but shale just up and disapeared, not even showing in the DLC area...When are they gonna fix it?

Same problem here, entered the code, the DLC dissappeared and I can't find a way to download it at all. ;((

If not already done, I would suggest that you log a case with EA/Bioware support so that they are aware of how widespread this problem is.

Think I just had this too..



1) I put the disc in for the first time and it 'installed' the game

2) I exited and restarted (internet connection was a bit funny the first time)

3) It downloaded the latest update (1.01 I think)

4) I went to the DLC menu and entered the code for the Blood Armour.

5) It appeared on the list and I selected it and it jumped to the Playstation store and downloaded.

6) I entered the code for "The Stone Prisioner" and nothing happened except the "The Stone Prisioner" on the Available Content list disappeared.

7) If I try and reenter the code it says it is invalid.



Whats going on?
