So the general gist seems to be use your download code and lose it? Brilliant. Just fired up the game for the first time and downloaded the Blood Plate with no problems but the Stone Prisoner has just disappeared.



I wish Bioware would get back to us about this.

Yeah, my status on the "My question" was also put on "Unresolved" status, and i emailed them and asked if this meant they cant do anything about it or that they are working on it.

Didnt get an answer on that one, were 4 days ago now.

omg i sent ea an e-mail yesterday at Sent: 15 March 2010 20:18:52 (english) an it says

You should expect a response from us within 24 hours

25 hours later and still no response what are they doing its asif they dont care their game FAILED

Well their response was everytime within 24 hours for me, but with no real advice that's not it.^^



Now they send me a survey I should do everyday, although I already filled one...

I've had the problem too! I typed in the code for Shale and the option to download it disappeared. It says on my bioware account that the code has been redeemed, but there have been no downloads. Will report problem as Guardian123 suggested above.

The Stone prisoner dlc does not work, or at least does not work for some people. Mine does not work either. EA customer support told me its quite a widespread problem and its being worked on, but no idea if that means it will get fixed or not. I suspect they might juts string us along until the games so old they can make out its not worth fixing. Like for example The Orange box which EA screwed up for Ps3.

iv got a reply and its still bull. there just tellin me to uninstall an make sure iv used the same account. which i had done before contacting them. they think that were all a bunch of retards tbh. i say we rebel lol

same problem here.. BDA works, yet SP just disappear from the list after i downloaded it. Everything else works just fine. as i have finished my warden keep and got the items from dragon age journey.

WTF EA.. sent the question and live chat.. got the response of deleting your game data, save data and stuff, which basically doesnt work.. and losing your save data.. not to mention having to download everything else again.. has this been resolved for anybody?

Yeah deleting your save data, or the game data or anything like that does not work and perhaps they should stop telling people that now. I have completed the game deleted all traces of the game off my system and still dont have the content when I reloaded the game.

It has been more than a week now and I have yet to receive an update from EA on my case. Very disappointed to say the least. Since their last suggestion to delete everything, I have lost hours of gameplay and the issue is still unresolved!

I think the only thing we can do is make sure they know how pissed off everyone is and how many customers they are loosing this way.

nope. they just stopped replying to me an then sent me sum **** servay asking how i feel about the customer service WTF

I am not convinced they are working to fix this, there is no official statement on the problem, no acknowledgement of the issue, no response to my 5 day old ticket, no moe EA or Bioware games for me!

why dont they just put The Stone Prisoner addon up for free in PSN to 20/4, i guess that mostly of the sold games includes the redeem key, they ****ed something up they gotta pay for it, never more EA games if this wont get fixed soon!

Are you guys still having this issue? I had posted an update that it was being resolved, and the fix went live today. Let us know if you still can't download it.

The Stone Prisoner appeared back in my DLC as "purchased" yesterday, and is now downloaded and installed. It's all good. Thank you Victor, and thank you Bioware.
