my code has an odd character at the beginning-it has something that looks like a b and a d combined, any help?

I have downloaded the stone prisoner before and recently I have to reinstall Dragon Age: Origins and now I couldn't download the Stone Prisoner. It always show downloading at 0% and even after 30 mins. it is still at 0%.

Anyway to reset the download or get it moving again?

Yo has any body checked there account transaction u can redown load it there from your main psn account or do what I do is game share throught the psn all I need to do is find some one who wants to share return to ostagar wih me I have all the other content, stone prisoner, wardens keep, blood dragon armor, disc of awakening

Shale is officially working, I donwloaded it yesterday and it is up and running at 100%

Not without a valid redeem code it's not... My 'new' redeem code doesn't work!

This sucks I want my BDA which isn't even on my dlc screen,and the code for shale is invalid.This is FU*#ING BULL S%#T.

Got myself a new redeem code from Bioware... I would recommend a quick e-mail - worked for me.

Well yeah, I am still having this issue...
I just recently bought this game so the redeem code wasn't matched with my EA/Bioware profile until yesterday... at this time the fix was suppose to be on... does the fix only work for those who had the problem with the DLC before the fix went on... and does not apply to the newly-created/updated account?...

It's just a supposition... but I noticed that when Bioware declared that the problem had been solved, it worked for a lot of people.. but after a few days, people (including me) restarted to experience the same problem... so I wonder if those people only entered their promotion code after the fix went on (as in my case)... Since people usually enter codes when they buy the game, I think that it is well possible that my supposition is correct... well.. I hope it can help you bioware's team...

I can't seem to DL shale and the blood armor they dont even show up on my DLC screen. They are registered on my Bioware account. Why does it not start DL?

Neither one works for me. The show active under my account but won't download or show up on the content page.

Yes please I downloaded both the blood armor and the Stone Prisoner through the redemption code I got with game when I bought it. I entered both codes at the download content in game screen but when I go to the area where I'm to start the quest of Stone Prisoner I'm asked by the guy don't know name to download content. When I select the option I'm sent to the psn store which shows that I have not purchased it. The Dwarves for the blood armor are at my camp so that works but no dice for Stone Prisoner. Any help would be nice thanks in advance.
