Hi,
I've heard that a patch is available for the PC that adds extra content where can I obtain it? I've also heard that I need to register my game with Bioware but how do I do this as the website doesn't appear to support Mass effect 1 anymore?

The Patch 1.01 is for Mass Effect 2 - not Mass Effect -
You can find it on the top tool bar under Games/Mass Effect 2/Game Patches
It takes you straight to the download page.

I think he was asking about the latest patch for Mass Effect 1 and not Mass Effect 2.. Here is the patch download LINK
Also just some more info I would like to put here for new players. You can get the free DLC Bring Down the Sky from this LINK But for Pinnacle Station DLC you will have to buy it on EA store.
Thats all the additional content available for this great game sadly.
