I must say beforehand that this is my first *serious* RPG I've ever played (closest one in complexity was TES III: Morrowind), and even I've only played a few hours, it's starting to lead me to the dangerous road of "oh, I'll do one more mission, and I'll stop"...."well, I talk with those chars a little, and then I'll rest a bit"....I shouldn't need to say that I didn't stopped in neither

Continuing with the tradition I began with TES, my first char is a Human Warrior (Noble background, by chance my favourite one). Controls were a little (but not so much) difficult to get the hang with, and I've spent a lot of time in the initial castle, but I'm getting the hang of everything little by little. And I like it

Well, that's all. Just the first thoughts of a newcomer to that genre:wizard:

I get caught up in that too. I like to quit playing in a nice, tidy spot. Problem is when I go to finish up a couple of things so I can quit playing, I come across something else I wanna do really quick before it's time to quit.



Glad to see you're enjoying it. The more the merrier... or should I say, the more popular the genre, the more games we'll see made in the future.

 LOL, I said "oh, I'll do one more mission, and I'll stop..." also, like two hours before I did  -- This is quickly becoming my favorite game of all time.  I even comparing it to NWN1!   RPG is basically own style of game I play, so I looked / played many many different RPGs over the years, but this one become the best yet.

Oh geeze, I do the same things, and they're why I've suddenly found myself still up at 3 AM. It's nice to meet another Morrowind player, Gladiator. I came to DAO via Morrowind and Oblivion. (Have also played the Diablo series, Neverwinter Nights, Sacred, Baldur's Gate 1 & 2) I love RPGs!
