I toggled off auto skills mid game and I got my achievement, only changing difficulty setting will prevent you from unlocking it.AuriDUL wrote...

ThanksI asked about it because sometimes it seems to easy so I check if it's still Insanity
As long as you don't toggle the difficulty you'll be fine. You have to make sure you don't change the difficulty at all though. If you even change it off insanity and then change it back without exiting the menu it will negate the achievement.
