difficulty?

Anybody else had the difficulty change by itself for no reason?? My femshep was on insanity, and i loaded it up today & it was set to hardcore?!?! Wtf? I KNOW i did not change it.

That is unfortunately going to prevent you from getting the insanity achievement, as for it being a bug... I'm not so sure.very interesting though.

ThanksI asked about it because sometimes it seems to easy so I check if it's still Insanity
As long as you don't toggle the difficulty you'll be fine. You have to make sure you don't change the difficulty at all though. If you even change it off insanity and then change it back without exiting the menu it will negate the achievement.
