Is this post for real?
I'm no fitness expert or nutritionist by any stretch of the imagination, but you struck me as smart enough in past posts to probably realize for yourself things you could change. First off, fast food has to stop. You're going to have to visit a supermarket and start buying regular food. If you don't know how to cook, I'm sure there's a variety of precooked items you can heat in a microwave to start with.
Fast food is plain bad for you on a consistent basis. At least the kind you mentioned up there. Eating fruits and vegetables wouldn't hurt, but the big thing is calorie intake. If you really want to lose weight relatively fast you're going to have to start limiting your servings, and keeping track of calorie intake daily. You're going to have to drop soda altogether and learn to like water. Soda is full of empty calories. If tap water is too nasty where you live, then start budgeting money for gallons of bottled water.
To try exercise daily until you get a routine going. Then skipping a day here and there won't hurt you as much. In the beginning exercise is very tiring. Your body needs to adapt. Try walking on your treadmill for only ten minutes at a slow speed. No more than 2.5 miles per hour. Three miles per hour tops. Your mileage may vary of course, so if you feel a need to go slower... do so. Give your body time to adjust. As it does, you can increase the time spent a few more minutes. After you've done that several times, you can think about speeding up your pace bit by bit.
The key is to push yourself, but not to ever make it harder than you can realistically handle. It's not a competition after all. Unfortunately that's all I have. Perhaps someone else can give you more targeted advice.
Oh, and if it wasn't clear before... see a nutritionist. Breaking eating habits isn't easy even when you know what's good for you, and it doesn't sound like you do. Also, forget any of those ridiculous lose weight fast diets. If you want to shed pounds and *keep* them off, there's only exercise and measured eating. There's no magic diet that's going to cut out all the effort for you. One way or another, you're going to have to work for this.
