I didn't create those posts. It's time I confess that I share this account with my brother who is the polar opposite of me when it comes to health.

Yes I know I should've explained that earlier and I apologize for the confusion.

Help your brother out with my advice while your at it, k?

And yes...Woo deleted the dumbest of his threads where he was being very derogatory to a fat American woman and falling over himself with his love for healhty living...pity.....

Actually that thread unfortunately wasn't deleted.  I found it in my posting archive.  I'm ashamed that my brother would make such an offensive thread.

Rest assured that I am now the sole owner of this account and my brother will no longer be allowed to use it.  Thank you Maviarab for bringing this to my attention.  Whatever issues you had with my brother, rest assured he and I are nothing alike.

Please, do not hijack this thread.  I'm trying to get good advice about my health and no that doesn't include advice about shooting myself in the head or mixing bleach with ammonia.

Both methods  are surefire ways of removing mass from your body rather quickly.

You can also insert a sharp object into carotid artery, it will help you to lose up to 4 kilograms of dead weight in a matter of seconds. You will feel relieved...

You know, suicide is a serious subject.  You shouldn't joke around like that.  I've been tormented relentlessly because of my weight but I have endured.  Some weren't as lucky.

Rather ironic, considering that you have often insulted others about their weight.

It would be ironic if it were true.  I never have nor would I ever consider being so cruel.

Alright, even though I insulted this guy earlier I'm feeling a little sorry for him. He just creates a thread asking for advice and everyone just bombards him with personal attacks. I think he deserves better than that.

We've seen photos of him, for god's sakes! He isn't fat. At all.

I've been around on these forums for a while, and I have never seen Borschtbeet post a picture of himself.  Even if he has, how do we know it's him?  It's not completely out of the ordinary for someone to share an account with a friend or sibilng.

Sorry, but I can't think of any reason why someone would lie and say they're fat when they're not.  The guy is obviously an idiot based on what he said about smoking but he still has guts to admit that he needs help.

so I'm an idiot because I don't buy into all the government propaganda and fear mongering about cigarettes?  LOL!  Well, I know someone who was a smoker all his life and lived to over 100.

I honestly can't tell if this is a joke or not, but you're not gonna go anywhere eating fast food and drinking soda. You need to make (sensible) home cooked meals (rice, grilled chicken, veggies), and if you don't know how to cook I would say get healthier food (Indian, Thai, w/e). Also drink water and milk. Lots of water is a MUST. Your body needs to detox. A lot of food will probably taste like **** for a while until you get used to it. Also run. Then run some more. Then run again. Oh, and eat fruit. It really is tastey once you get used to it.

I'm no health expert or anything but I hope this helps.

PS. Shop at Trader Joe's if there's one around by you. They have a lot of good and reasonably healthy food.

I think quiet a few more smokers died of cancer in their mid thirties than living for a hundred years. <_<

It's hard to take our resident troll Borscht seriously with a post history like that.

Anyways you're a smart guy, you know exactly what to do to lose weight.

Regarding the polar opposite brother--does that make you 'two' bi-polar? If so, professional help will be far better for you than anything any of us says here.

My favorite toppings are pepperoni, sausage, and ham (not at the same time).  A ham and pineapple pizza now and then is yummy, too, but I prefer the pineapple to be fresh rather than the canned stuff.  Most of the time I eat plain cheese pizza, however, to keep the fat content down somewhat.  Since I don't like veggies on the pizza, I order veggie soup on the side.
Fish and fungus on pizza are abominations and should be sent to the darkspawn.

I prefer a good pizza margherita. The thin crust, the thinly spread cheese, and the generous helping of sauce...Mmmm.

Peanut butter and apple butter on waffles are good, too.

So you can't afford food, yet you are able to play ME2 on either a pimped out PC or a 200 plus 360?

You where talking about fast food being addicting, I would recomend getting hungryman TV dinners from the store. I like them, if you pick em right they will have yummies (like a dead mouse, that was a joke) in them and depending on the place they are relitively cheep.

Im not a nutritionist, I suggest you see one. Oh try Wii Fit or ride a bike.
