I always failed to see how Richard. L. Jenkins is a reference to Leeroy Jenkins...
I can't believe it...
How could I not notice this in 10 playthroughs?

Another thing I only discovered on my last playthrough... On Noveria, in the garage? You can actually get into that Grizzly IFV and use its guns against the geth! (They work exactly the same as the Mako's guns.) This is the only place in the entire game where you can get into a vehicle that isn't the Mako.

In the very first mission on Eden Prime, just before the train station, there are some survivors (not the scientists) in a hut. For some strange reason I only discovered this on my 5th playtrough

Really Zaxaes, I never noticed that either...
I always found it weird that it had a vehicle icon on the mini-map.

I can't believe there are people out there who still think the whole Leeroy Jenkins thing is funny.

Well to me it's still pretty new.
But I understand your point.

My "omg I can't believe that I missed that" moment?
My fifth playthrough of Mass Effect 1 was when I found the Petrovsky conversation.

On my sixth playthrough I realized that the character you send to the AA guns can be saved and that you confront Saren in a different location. Thought it was pretty cool. Always assumed the Nuke would be lost if I didn't go back to that character. Plotted it the other way just to find out. Also sent Captain Anderson through the patrols, and he got shot. Ahole move on my part but I had never seen it before. I wonder if he will be wounded in ME2.
