I've already done one playthrough... I didn't buy any of the DLC until I was close to reaching the very end, then I did the DLC and received some nice gear, which I used to the very end.
Now I'd like to do another playthrough. My question is should I wait to do Warden's Keep or Return to Ostagar until end-game so the drops are better?
If I do Return to Ostagar right away, won't the armor suck not long after I level up a bit?

theres no reason to leave the DLC till late unless you want to see Loghain's reactions to RtO
you can always upgrade the DLC equipment using the chest trick(if your on console) or by selling them to the dryden brothers at the keep and entering/leaving the store till you get the desired rank and buy them back (if your on pc)
