It's two things.. I guess the second thing doesn't count 'cos it's a Mass effect 2 in-game thing rather than a Biowar thing.
FIrst off, I pre ordered my copy of Mass effect 2 but can't figure how to get my Terminus armour, I phoned up Play, Ithey gave me my code and sent me to this sight, I entered it and then restarted my console....Now what? Can anyone help?
Also in game; how hte hel do you fire the Cain heavy gun? I keep pulling the trigger and bugger all happens, 'cept it puffs steam and makes a weird noise, where is the ammo as well?
I don't understand anything! Someone help me!

2 things, this is the BioWare Store support thread, this is not the place to post this, I recomend the Mass Effect General Discussion Thread for this next time.
And also, I'll help you out still: You redeemed the code you said? The next step is to download it from the in-game Cerberus Network and add it to your download queue. You must make sure that your EA account is linked to your gamertag as well. If when you go to the redeem code page, it lists your gamertag as associated with the BioWare Social Network account, then you are good to go. As for the Cain, it requires 100% ammo to fire and takes about 3 seconds to fire. Heavy Weapon ammo is found as you play. When you see a Power Cell, pick it up for HW Ammo. You can also upgrade how much ammo you can hold through upgrades and ammo pieces.

Thanks, to be honest I wasn't sure where to find the exact right thread this seemed to b the closest to it... How do you add your gamer tag to your profile? I couldn't find the option .(I know, this is another cheeky question)

Yea, I honestly don't know for that part. I linked my EA account back in 2008 to my gamertag when I played Mercenaries 2. I just used the same email address for all accounts I made, including with BioWare. I assume you have set up Cerberus Network. If you have then you have linked an EA account, try signing in to the BSN with the EA account. Not sure, I'm not the best person to ask. Try the Support Thread.
