[The Flame Knight]

I don't know if anyone else has had this occur to them, but a couple of occasions, one of my squad members has frozen when they are behind some cover. In the event you do get this, I've found a couple things to work - getting the game to sort of refresh (either by walking into a cutscene or an area that has a load screen precede it) or saving the game and reloading it.
