I've got the Warden Commander gloves, boots, and armor (from Warden's Keep DLC) and I was wondering if there is a helmet somewhere that finishes this beautiful set.
Also, I found an armor called Effort that sais "when equipped with Effort boots & gloves and a helm called Duty, the character's talents cost less to activate." So where could I find said Effort items & Duty helmet?

You can get the Effort Chest or Helmet piece at the endgame when you fight the Hurlock Generals in Denerim, as for the others, I have no clue.
