If so, it should be there, as long as you are talking the Xbox version.

I am definitely looking forward to new content, though.

Its mainly Ostagar/Lothering that bothers me, there is no real deviation in what happens on what Origin you've chosen, besides a few lines, you've got no real interesting skills at that point, neither of the other recruits are very interesting or have much to say, you know whats going to happen to them, so you don't care about really getting to know them, and well, your pretty much forced to go do it.
Its like the Citadel in ME1, its so amazingly pointless, but they basically force you to sit through two hours worth of conversations and cutscenes you've already heard on your first, second, and third playthroughs, just so you can actually get to the fun part of the game, where you can choose to do whatever you want to do, get all the party members, actually start to get skills and gear, and all that other jazz.
Drives me crazy.
*edit* The amusing thing is, I have no issue with linear games doing this, when I play KotOR 2, I enjoy redoing the giant starter space station for the fifteenth time, I don't mind doing the Monastary fight in Jade Empire, and I don't really even mind the Cereberus Station in ME2 ( because its just the right length, although I dislike the fact you can't skip the intro movie ). It just bugs me however, when I'm given an open world choice game like Baldurs Gate, or Mass Effect, or Dragon Age, and then to actually begin to PLAY the real game, I have to trudge through the big tutorial safety net Bioware tends to put in all their freechoice RPGs that blocks me from enjoying myself.

I'm OK with the Circle and I actually like running about the Korcari wilds and even Lothering - it's Orzammar that gets me. I hate the Deep Roads - they're so visually dull, and miserable. I hate the idea that my poor warden will end up having to go there to die, alone.
(For the record I HATED that boring mining station in KotOR 2. Ugh).

I REALLY don't want to do the mages tower again. And the Deep Roads are my favorite area.

You have an expansion almost here, more DLC on the way over the next two years and the inevitable mods and adventures to add hours of gaming. There are already hours of gaming available (Fragments of Ferelden, Kal'Sharokare other campaigns and Ally of Murders expands the campaign etc). Available at the Nexus.

What an odd thing to say - can you name many games that seem fresh after FIVE playthroughs? After 150+ hours, dont you think the game has given enough?

While im not disagreeing with you, you can't include mods as an extension of the game as a lot of DA owners have consoles (including myself and the original poster). So while mods give pc players a never ending game, i have to wait for 'official dlc,' which lets face it, is few and far between. Still Awakenings should be awesome...

We're very very lucky that Awakening is coming out so quickly. I was amazed when they announced it so close to the original game's release.

Yes but regardless, 150+ gaming is way more than is expected for a single player game don't you think? I can't think of any SP game that I have played for that long I have played many hours of multi player games (hundreds of hours in the original Team Fortress classic and 450+ hours in Neverwinter Nights because of online campaigns with other players). But in terms of single player games, the only one I can remember is Final Fantasy X which I played for about 100 hours (a significant amount of which was just level grinding!).
The ONLY SP game I can think of that can compete is the BG1/2 with multiple options in playthroughs. But this is its spiritual successor after after all!

I bet Bioware are really happy that people enjoy the game that much.
Can I stick my hand up and say I like the Fade section? I liked the puzzle element, it was a nice change from bashing monsters

Baldurs Gate 2 has lasted me easily over 350-500 hours by this point, and I could still go back and play it more.
If we add in ToB/TotSC, its probably lasted me quite a bit more then that even.
As for playing DA:O again, its actually not that bad after Lothering, Dwarves ( especially the Dwarf Noble ) will have a really different Orzammar chain ( especially if you side with Bhelen as a Dwarf Noble, it alters alot, and some of the conversations you can have with him are woooooow ), and it also has a lot of different options in Denerim, as well as the Landsmeet, Human Noble will have many choices in Redcliffe/Landsmeet that other people don't get, and City Elf gets a ton of different choices and conversation options during Dalish/Alienage.
Mage and Dalish are kind of meh tbh, Mage doesn't really even get noticed except for a oneliner by Alistar and Gregori, and Dalish only gets a few new conversations at the Dalish Camp, which you should be able to finish really quickly anyway,so its kind of a moot point. Add in the fact that a City Elf for some reason gets the same responses, but slightly altered, and there is really no point to playing a Dalish over a City Elf.

I would not have thought all of this through had it not been for Morrigan who basically is igniting that rebel side of my character that would have been held in check for all his time in the tower.
So basically ANY origin can shape your story - it is not just about dialogue choices in a few areas. For example when I played my Dalish Elf to just after Lothering, I always felt a strong sense of 'us' vs 'them' for long time but also a sense that city elves had lost something essential from their race etc.
Still I doubt I would play the original more than three times because I find it very hard to replay games. But then I have never reread books and I have read Stolen Throne twice and am rereadng the Calling (Dragon Age books) so it looks like if I ever do anything multiple times, its in DA!
I have a Mage now played like I would play the character, next I will likely have a power hungry manipulative noble, and then we shall see. Remember lots of companion choices as well that make a lot of difference too! (I have Alistair, Leliana and Morrigan for this run, I know the others would make a big difference in my game!)
The trick is probably not to play back to back. Play DA:O, play DA:Awakening, with Orlesian Warden Play a couple of player made campaigns, repeat (ith say DA Resdesigned Mod to chang DA:O models for second time), DA: Awakening with your fave DA:O character) more modules Etc. Lots of gaming! And DLCs will be added as you play!
