Customer support suggested I post this here for help. So with our fun little PS3 downtime on Monday I lost only 1 trophy that had not been synced (Tinkerer in case your wondering.) The only problem now is that the game thinks I have the trophy so I can't re-obtain it. Customer service suggested copying my save game to a memory card and erasing them from the console, then starting a new game. The save files are copy protected though. I thought about erasing the games data file but I don't want to lose the Stone Prisoner DLC.
I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to get the trophies back?
Trying to re-obtain a lost trophy.

Maybe, but probably not. The trophy is for crafting an item, which I have done since re syncing my trophies and the trophy won't pop up again.

even if you delete the game data and lose the stone prisoner dlc, you can re-download it.

You can back up the game data on a flash drive (there is a single file that can be backed up) and delete that single file from the PS3. After (hopefully) re-earning the trophy, just transfer your old game data back to the PS3.
Tell us if that fixes things, because your trophy is very easy to unlock. I need to re-get the Annulment Invoker trophy, and I'm tired of keeping the Pride Demon alive until he kills Irving. I don't want to do it again until I can guarantee that I'll get the trophy.

I'm in the same position. Lost Perfectionist and sleeping with Morrigan (and Hopelessly Romantic obviously). Perfectionist was always kind of buggy so I could see having problems re-earning it, but I can sleep with Morrigan over and over again and I don't get the trophy regardless. My profile here shows I've completed the achievement though. Lame; so close to the platinum too.

Same thing happened to me with slayer. I will delete all game saves and data and try it again. Only a short (relatively) thing. Glad my Mage didn't hit lvl 20 before that was fixed.

Dunno if this will work for everyone but worked for me, had the same problem, someone in the forums suggested next time you play dragon age make sure YOU ARE NOT logged onto the PSN, so play offlione. I tried it and started to get trophies again from save games, seems weird but try it, hope this helps!

atonyc68's solution worked perfectly for me. Got my trophy back then plugged the ethernet back in and synced them so it would save to the server.

I hope this works for me. I missed the memo about not using my PS3 during the Day of Badness, and lost every single trophy I had for 4 differant games. Yeah yeah yeah I know , shoulda stopped with the first error. My biggest problem is that I've never sinched to the network. And I was sooooo close to that perfectionist!

I had trophies listed on the bioware social network, yet I didn't not have them on PSN..and I they didn't come up when I redid the tasks, resynch, etc....but following atonyc6's advice, it worked!

Ya unplug'n makes sure you are definitely offline!
Oh damn, this method will help you get your trohies back from saved games (ie re-earning them one by one) but won't help you retrieve trophies if you haven't synced prior to the nasty PSN problem, those are gone for good unfortunately
