I think Morrigan will be in DA2 or some type of an expansion.
Mr. Gaider said that her story is not over.

 I hope to see more of Morrigan she was hands down my favorite character.

I think she will be back... I think all the charatchers will be back in some game... I mean not all as playable charatchers like Oghren, but in cameos like Alistar, Logain or Wynne in Awakening.

It wouldn't be cool if in one of the Dragon ages games you would go to a war and take with youall your former compannions?? I would love that!

But on topic. Morrigan left for a reason, and eventually we will figure out why. Her story isn't over yet. It's quite likely she and her baby will return for DA2.

i think she want to do the same thing that her mother does if you ask me. maybe am wrong about this be it, but the more a think about the more i believe it. flemeth was the one that want to baby to begin with that why she send morrigen to you. wait till morrigen have the baby then boom take her over and keep the baby for the next host but it all back fired at her so it time for morrigen to do the same i think.

What are you talking about? didn't you have conversation with morrigan explain it to you how flemeth can take over her body. the more powerful morrigan get the easier for flemeth to do that. that what she said. but she think it involoves alot more than just her been powerful. remember after even killing flemeth, morrigan said that this only buy her time but flemeth will be back and she will find another way to killed her again, againg till she can stop her completely

I was upset she lived too. I wanted to stab that ***** by the end of the game. I picked "I should have killed you when I had the chance." then she walks right by me.... would have been the perfect opportunity to do so.

Since I jilted Morrigan and had no offspring started with her, I dont feel pissed off. Not interested in making half darkspawn half dragon bastards;-) She just left me after I refused the ritual - and after all the money I've invested in her, damned witch.

I left Flemeth alive and lied to her so for me my guess is Flemeth killed her, eventually.
