I keep finding gems on dead mobs, are they useful for anything or just sell them?

you need 10 garnets for one quest but other than that they are useless, sell 'em

The box only accepts malachites for me... is this a bug?

Save mid price gems (Sapphire, Malachite and not sure the last one off the top of my head).



You will turn them in to "upgrade" your dwarf armies later.

can't remember exactly what kind of them i did send but it was about 3 4 kinds that i am sure.

couldnt say if it depens of how your relations with dwarves are going tho.
