See this is just ridiculous, the weapon Justice uses in the trailer is a real weapon it's a spiked club FFS! not "JRPG/kid stuff" like you say. And the armour Justice has is simply Black Plate armour, how is that worse than the extremely unreallistic Blood Dragon Armour or even Cailan's Armour?!

I knew someone was going to play the smart***.... Take a closer look to real spiked clubs. 99,9% of them don't have these ridiculous long spikes. And somehow it looks terribly unbalanced for a mace/club. It should have a longer staff, shorter spikes and heavier head to max out the damage. Instead it looks like an improvised weapon that noone would use in real life (and don't even start writing "but that's a fantasy game", look at the weapons that DAO had, they were all realistic within those artistic/style parameters the developers and designers set. Those new aren't).

...and who told you I liked the Blood Dragon Armor? Except for my first playthrough I never used it again because its damn ugly. I wouldn't be disappointed by the black armor as much if it didn't have these glowing red parts that just don't fit. It would be just a poor looking black version of the regular armor, but with that glow it just looks strange to me.

Its all a matter of taste. Some think those "kewl" stuff is great, some think it just a sloppy and easy way to get little kids smiling.

I liked the look of Yusaris in DA:O - later switched to starfang (cause of stats), but Yusaris has the best look of the greatswords (imho ofc).

Looks way better than the crap stuff in DAO,well maybe a little bit too freaky,i prefer 2h warriors anyway but i played dw in DAO cause dw was way better than 2h ...

Ah well, "better" is a matter of taste. Maybe it's better in DPS-calculations and stuff, but seriously: who cares? This isn't a mmog where each DPS-point counts. Each and every fight is possible with any style. So it's down to your personal taste which you like more. I played a rogue (dual) and a warrior (why another time dual? so I picked greatsword), now playing a mage (aw/sh)

IMO it looks really ridiculous, but that's not taking away from anyone else who does like it. Just like I prefer brunettes to blondes, everybody has their own style.

thats a friggin sweet sword. ive always loved the HUGE ff7 swords. its brings me back. i'm gonna have to start a new warrior just so i can use that thing

i know i just posted but i read more. why is everyone hatin on the weapons that are more non-conventional. its a world where there are dragons and darkspawn and magic. i'm pretty sure it all works out jsut fine in the DA world
