I feel kind of evil but I hope they don't cure Thane. The thing with Thane is that you are aware of his condition from the start. It's in my opinion what gives depth to his story and character. Curing him would remove a lot of the over all feeling about the game for me (an actual grey world with ambigious moral decisions and where everything doesn't turn out like in a fairy tail). In a sense it would feel cheap. (In a RL situation i would always hope for the happy ending. In fiction I think it's great to explore grey and tragic stories with actual tragic consequences).



Something that would make me really happy would be to change femSheps movement (sitting, walking, posturing) to actual female. It doesn't have to be feminine but just not as butchy as it makes her now. As it's a mission i doubt it's anything like that though.

I was a bit surprised too, myself, when that first happened to me. But then I figured "What the hell, she's the Consort, and Shepard must think any other favors he/she is going to get is sex, since he/she accepts it like it's what he/she wanted." Even if the whole event felt forced.

Maybe the new DLC lets Female Shepard to shopping for high heel shoes, an evening gown and long dangly earrings and then she dresses-up and goes undercover at a party. Were the fire fights starts after she has done some espionage... what! There is such a thing a variety! I mean, the only two loyalty mission from Mass Effect 2 that stick out in my mind are Samara and Thane because both of them deviated from the formula of go to location X and kill anything that moves.

Thane is the best character in ME2. He just CAN'T DIE. Also, if Cerberus could resurrect you, can't they cure to Thane? The Illusive Man wants you in his team and he could do this for Shepard if she asks him.

Yes, let's make a great tragic character that receives much of his greatness from the fact that he's a hopelessly dying man trying to atone, and then "fix"... I mean, cure him!



That is one DLC I would be happy to avoid...

A cure for Thane will not make this femShep "very, very happy". Nothing against Thane but he did absolutely nothing for me as an LI.

True, I just really want Kasumi ASAP, to at least see if shes worth using in my future playthroughs. Its holding me back from starting my New Game+.

I am fine with it if the put in a mission that cures Thane, but if after the suicide mission he comes up and says I now owe him compensation for services rendered, I better have a renegade option to put a Carnafax round between his eyes.



On a side note, i wonder if christina norman is sitting at home laughing her ass off at the speculation that is running rampant in this thread.
