Clearly, if it's going to make femSheps happy, it's a DLC about going out shopping and putting curtains up on the Normandy.

SRSLY: I'd bet there's a Thane DLC where he gets pumped full of Omnigel and then returns the favor. You know, by doing some plumbing in the life support section to help maintain peak performance of critical systems.

Wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing was expansions for each character's backstory.

The Thane cure is probably what she's talking about.

Hopefully, if it does add more story, we'll be able to keep Legion on our team, since it'll be AFTER the story.

Biggest letdown of the game was being forced to use him on only one mission if you wanted to save everyone.

Thane said he was dieing and that they were working on a cure. The only question was if it would be in time for him. He never actually said: "I'm dead no matter what. I can't be cured so let me rot".

Well none of my Femsheps have romanced anyone in ME2 so maybe this DLC will have some Liara/Kai action? Hell, in my currently FemShep port, shes with Liara w/Ash alive. Hmm, if its the Thane cure then...eh, ok more exp points for my Sheps all around. If anything, Id want the DLC showing him patching things up with his son.



I have no interest in any of the LI this time around. Plus none of my Sheps are single.

I have to agree, as much as I personally like Thane, a DLC pack that centers around a character who could potentially be dead in anyone's game seems like a strange marketing idea.  I was under the impression that all DLC was

It might as well be some mission to revisit the Lazarus project compound, allowing you to bring any one old squadmate back to life, or curing Thane. Since everybody, including those who didn't play ME1, have either a dead Kaiden or a dead Ashley, and some people may also have a dead Thane or Kelly, there's plenty of dead people to chose from. Though you'd have to enhance Kelly a little bit during her resurrection to make her worthwhile as a squady.

Well, that is: because it will be probably free.

I'd really like the idea of not only a Thane mission, but some pack of new Character mission. Not to have one for every character so far, but maybe missions that involve if not one character, 2 or even more (Tali-Legion, Thane, Garrus-Grunt, i don't know).

this is at most romance pack, at least a cure thane dlc but hopefully its not just his character development, since it would be somewhat pointless to have just this if he is not guaranteed to survive (or even join your party).

I hope its a Kaidan dlc but if it's Thane related I hope we get to go to Kahje just so we can take Jack along...she did crash a space station into a moon there so I'm guessing they wouldn't welcome her with warm tentacles.

Btw, I just imported my ME Femshep today and used your FemShep's face code as a basis so thanks! The face fits a lot better than the one I originally had and definitely better than the default.

Yup

Thane said it was highly unlikely that the scientists currently working on the cure would develop one before his time ran out. I'm guessing that if he ever gets cured, it's going to require some Mordin magic.

Right, because Thane is the only Drell in the galaxy with that disease..
They already stated they wanted DLC that bridges the gap between ME2 and ME3. Curing this disease so that the Drell can help with the reapers makes sence.

A romance pack is an interesting idea, but if she specifically mentioned Fem-Sheps, I imagine it has to do with one of her particular LI's. Jacob seems to have closure already, Garrus is, well, Garrus, and Thane is the only one with an issue at the end of ME 2.

Personally I think that if you just hacked the Hanar's Illuminate's medical databases. Got all the info they have gathered for a cure then dump it all in Mordin's lap you'll have a cure in less then 2 hours.

As for DLC, I sure hope they at least give us a teaser of what's coming cause now I'm totally chomping on the bit.
