I know this is a constant question, but the game runs pretty awful for me and I was wondering if it was my hardware or simple something that will be fixed in patches. I get lots of graphical hiccups and lag while playing.

system  specs:
Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium (6.0, Build 6002) Service Pack 2 (6002.vistasp2_gdr.090803-2339)
Processor: AMD Phenom™ 9500 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 6142MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 10
 NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT

Is my processor or video card the problem? even on lowest settings in game i get bad fps/slowdown.

No i dont think its your hardware, i think its just a buggy game that bioware released to early... hopefully they will have it all fixed by next week, its doubtful but it could happen.
