I cannot play a female dwarf. At all. Ever. It might be because they lack that feature inherent and iconic to the fantasy dwarven race (BEARDS!!!!), and to me they just look like short, fat humans.

My first character will likely be a Human Noble, though it is the Origin that interests me the least based on what I know of it. Get it out of the way, I say. The Dwarf Noble Origin seems a little bland to me, so it'll probably be second. The other Origins are quite a bit more colorful story-wise, IMHO. I'd go into detail, but some folks haven't read/seen the Origins info.

I like them all well enough. I never was much of the type to look at story characters in the way of whom I like and whom I don't. If they are despicable than they're probably not taking much time anyway, because whoever made them was aware of how despicable they are and would have given them such a place in the story so as to make it bearable. Anyone else has to be bearable enough by default. Well, something like that.

I plan to be half-narcissistic, half-dwarf, half toadstool, erotic good paladin

I'm actually fine with playing only one at a time, if there was any jest in my direction.

Me personally dont like any of the dwarf origins.. But i will probably try them after some time i guess.. One thing i know for certain though is that i will NEVER play as a female.. I like to seduce the wimen not the men so.. But my first char is without a doubt a dalish elf rogue.. I like what i have seen from them so far.. They seem kinda evil in a way and that suits me just fine.. I will play as bad as i can and if i could i would only kill innocent ppl.. Mostly children ofc cause i hate them

Dalish Elf origin. Just doesn't grab me the way the others do.

I never cared much for Dwarfs, so these origins are low on my list. Maybe I'll try them after all the others.

I've never seen such concentration of blasphemy in a place. Burn the heretics!

I think I'll have the hardest play through with any warrior type.. I've just never been a tanking, hack and slasher.. I'm terrible at it. But I plan on going through every origin story.. even if I don't complete that characters full game.

I going to play them all :).  I might play each one then pick which one I want to go ahead with.  I think Human Noble or Mage will be first

So much anti-dwarf sentiment these days. It sickens me.

You think in this moden day and age, people would have not learned to discriminate, but no. The ugly head of discrimination against the short people continues.

Mage.

They'll be the last origin I play as, right after the nature elves.

I've never liked Spellcasters in any RPG game, I'm more of a "I-Shal-Cut-Thou-With-Meh-Large-Butterknife" kind of guy

Human Noble will definitely be my first play through, but I am also very interested in the dwarves, being a tough and proud race. Elves will definitely be last.

For me the common dwarf seems less appealing. Theres no real struggle/story for them and i'm not into criminal characters which is all i could see to do with that.

Definitely dwarf first, probably start with the commoner origin. I like the idea of starting underground with zero respect and saving the world (or making them pay!). I'm least interested in the Human noble origin but I plan to do all of them.

I'm probably going Human Noble first, than Dalish Elf, City Elf...I probably will do the Dwarves last if at all...I really don't like Dwarves. Gimili aside.

I'll try them all, for sure!  I'll start with a dwarf (my favourite fantasy-race ) commoner, and probably play the Human noble origin (*yawn*) last.

Nah, I want to play them all at some point. I'm sure each one will be interesting.  Most likely going Daelish elf (this character) then commoner dwarf, then mage.  Maybe mage second.

All the dwarf haters..sniff sniff.. I'll play them all but least favorite will be Dalin Elves. Matter of fact here is what I'm thinking. 1. Dwarf Noble(like the commoner more so am saving it for later)2. City Elf 3. Human 4. Dwarf Commoner(The one I'm most wanting to play) 5. Mage 6 Dalin

I figure if I save the Commoner till the second species playthroughit will envigirate me if I'm starting to get tired of the game. Doubtfull but just incase.

I don't know, something about the Commoner Dwarf Female I find appealing. Especially the gladiator type vibe.

Noble Dwarf Female doesn't hold much appeal to me because of all the brotherly backstabbing. Similarly the Male City Elf story just doesn't seem as interesting as the Female side of it.

I will definitely be playing an elf mage (see profile pic) on my first play through.

I am less interested by some of the others, such as the Dalish elf. Not my style.

But the human noble will be stable, I guess, like in most RPGs.

They only look that way if people refuse to make a non-human woman anything other than "conventially human-pretty". You can make some really stylish as in "dwarven-looking" women in the CC. Same with dwarven men and elves of either gender.

Hmmm... I will most likely play all the origins, but Dalish elf seems the least interesting to me

I'm interested in all of them...and actually, this is the very first game ever where I felt excited about playing a Dwarf character, because I just love the way they look here. I will definitely start with a Dwarf female rogue...and then we'll see.
