I don't know if this is a known issue (I searched for it but didn't see anything mentioned).

I took the quest from Ish on Omega and collected both packages. When I got back to him I convinced him that going against Aria was a bad idea and he left. My journal does not reflect this, the summary says that I delivered the packages and he expressed his thanks (the wrong outcome) and I still have the quest objective of delivering the packages. I also recieved credits for completing the mission; I don't know if this is supposed to happen when you convince him to leave.

I'm not too worried about this, it isn't anything major and although this could have ramification in ME3 I doubt they would be anything major. I just thought I would bring this up.
