All of my accomplishments magically disappeared the last time I logged on; I noticed it as soon as I headshot an enemy and it gave me a 1/30 for the headhunter accomplishment... That was the FIRST accomplishment I ever completed!!! And if that means I'm not getting the bonus for beating the game, this is going to make me QUITE angry... Another indication of a problem came when I logged on and it asked me to log into Cerberus Network with my "registered account", like I didn't have one or something! I put in my accont info, and all was well, but it bothered me... It was the first time it EVER asked me to re-enter the information since I GOT the game! I don't know if the two have anything to do with one another... But I'd really just like to have my accomplishments back, ASAP... Especially if this is gonna cost me bonus EXP, additional credits and resources when I begin new characters, and other features. SRSLY YO!

srsly yo? Did your game crash before that? That would explain it.
Locate your player.prf and restore it to a previous version. Should be in the MyDocuments-MassEffect2-Biogame-Profile folder.
