Hello,
I was given the Shale code by a friend who got the PC Dragon's Age, but supposedly it says the code works for all platforms.

After entering the code in my EA/bioware account, the problem is that under platform it only acknowledges it as PC/Mac and not Xbox 360.

I am sure I am doing this correctly as I have done many "redeem codes" with BioWare before and they have all worked.Then when I log onto Xbox Live and load the game it doesn't acknowledge I even have the downloadable content. Thanks in advance for any help!
