Also I work at a Video Game retailer part time and constantly suggest your great games.
Alas, some suggestions If I may.
#1: Mass Effect 1 was wonderful, could you please add back the ability to change weapons with F1-F4?, that was very useful to me.
#2: And please please, dont rush us through the game like you did in ME2, I felt very rushed through this one and all missions seemed to tie into the main storyline zipping us through as fast as possible! However, the graphics were superb, thank you! but please let us have more in depth free roaming like in ME1 and some of the Kotor titles, thats what makes your company unique, dont forget that!
#3: Lastly, please in ME3, give us an epic storyline, with a vast array of full lush side questing and alternate storyline based on decisions made in game. I love how decisions made in ME1 have had an impact in the sequel, more of this please!, but just mostly give us a "bigger" feel in ME3 let us break off the main storyline and not feel like there isn't much to do of any ~consequence~ aside from the main story.
Thank you all for reading and please Bioware keep the great titles coming!

as far as decisions carrying over the world felt even smaller as you once again meet or get in contact with almost every person you have done a side quest for.
Yeah, the first time I went to Illium I felt that too. But then I realised that this is a game and I guess that if you're supposed to meet them all, then this is an easy way.
Perhaps some decisions could transfer by having an old aquaintance contact you on the Normandy (by e-mail perhaps) and have you go somewhere and thus unlock a new side quest some place else than e.g. Illium or whatever metropolis we'll visit in ME3.

Well, I guess the rushing depends on in what order you choose to do missions. There are a couple of key missions that will unlock certain events and sometimes force you to proceed with the story. Now in my opinion this is a good thing. Sure it may feel like you rushed through the game, but on the other hand I think that once you have certain information Shepard wouldn't realistically go ahead and do a ton of side quests before proceeding.
Take ME1 for example. There you have no pressure whatsoever to go forward with the main missions. And you can practically wait forever and nothing will change, you'll still be at the right place just in time. This always felt really weird to me, especially since the main mission throughout most parts of the game was called "race against time".
That said, I'd love some free roaming exploration on planets. I never liked the Mako's controls (on xbox), but I do miss the exploration.
