PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED.

Currently having problems installing toolset because this error:

SQL Server Setup failed to execute a command for server configuration. The error was [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near '='.. Refer to the server error logs and Setup logs for detailed error information.

I've found other threads about it, and all end up leading to the toolset wiki for a fix. But the wiki keeps asking me to login, and when I do all I am greeted with is a blank page. Refreshing just brings on an endless loop.
