Betcha it'll be something lame like Liara sends you to find Feron. Because Liara hasn't done enough bossing around behind her desk when Shep should just order her blue ass onto the Normandy.

Yeah.

"Liara T'soni sends her friend and former companion, Commander Shepard, on a difficult mission to save her close friend, Feron the drell, from the clutches of the Shadow Broker in this exciting new DLC for Mass Effect 2.

Features:

- Thrilling new combat scenarios against the nefarious Blue Suns mercenaries!
- New heavy weapon and the Blue Sun Commander armour!
- A set of three exciting action filled cave and base assault missions on three new planets!
- Face off against the lieutenant of the Shadow Broker in single combat!"

Something like that. No ME1 imported Shepard or especially Liara/Shepard romance specific material to be expected.

Really?

Cause it's not like Bioware has already given us free armour, guns, characters, missions, and a tank with several missions(soon) which in turn would cause around $30. Oh wait.

Well, looks like they are getting ready for ME3. You help Liara with the Shadow Broker so she can join your squad in ME3. You get a cure for Thane so he won't die and stays in your squad etc.

I will gladly give them more of my monies if it means advancing the Liara romance beyond "Sooooo, want to hack some terminals for me?"

Seems like there's a Shadow Broker DLC coming out, but probably not until the last comic hit stores. The Liara group Justin mentions above has this thread talking about unused audio that suggests you attack the Shadow Broker somehow and take data from him.

I think it would be nice to have a liara DLC, or even an Ashley or kaiden DLc missions to further their involvement in the game. Instead of just having the on Horizon which was a total bummer!

Are you sure DLC stuff affects sequels? Because there will be many many people who won't play them, and it would be unfair for Bioware to give an advantage to some just because of some minor DLC.

These DLC just enhances the backstory. If people play them, they know more about the story then others. Same thing with that Iphone game Mass Effect Galaxy. It's not needed for the actual game, but you do get more information. If people aren't gonna play that DLC; they still have Liara in their squad in ME3, but they don't know how it all happened.
Ofcourse I don't know if Bioware is gonna do this, but it's possible.

It's probably something that can be explained away easily, Binary. Like for instance, if you played the DLC you killed one of the Shadow Broker leaders and got some more data. But if you didn't play the DLC, you find out in ME3 that Liara killed one of the Shadow Broker leaders and got some more data.

Path A and B both go to C.

Repeat after me, "Nothing happened, I only had dinner with Kelly to show her my fish."

And if that doesn't work, I'm gonna have to make another play-through where Kelly get's turned to goo, just in case.
