Hello!

I have had problems with content not showing up to buy InGame, so i bought 400 BioWare points to buy Return to Ostagar on the BioWare Web-page but how do i "buy" and download on the Web-page?  (not In-game)

everytime i click on the pc option i get to an payment checkout, but i have already purchased points.

can somebody enlighten me?

is the only way to buy content the "in-game" way? if so how can it be fixed, if not then how do i purchase the DLC from the Web-Page?

Thank you in advance for answers!

With best regards

another thing you can do is push windows + R keys type services.msc in the box click ok when services window opens scroll down to dragon age double click it in the general tab set service to start auto or auto with delay click ok  then if service is stopped start it click ok then close everything and retry

This might help... Start up the game, log in, then pick, "Options", then "Online", and then make sure the box is checked that says, "Download previously purchased content". I noticed when I have this unchecked no new content showed up in my "Downloadable Content".

Anyway hope that helps! :)

have tried to contact customer support, so hope they have an answer...

are you sure there is no way to buy the DLC at the Bioware webpage, like they can on Xbox?

Summary of things to try:

* Make sure the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update service, also known as DAUpdaterSvc, is running. You may want to stop and then start it again. (And some people have reported trying to stop it while the game was running is what triggered it, even though Windows will complain if you try and do this)

* Make sure AutoDownloadOffers is set to 1 in the My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\DragonAge.ini file.

* Clear the Download Cache in the Configuration Utility.

* Delete the My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\Manifest.xml file.

If all else fails you can try manually downloading and installing the offer. http://na.llnet.biow...OCP_1_1.1.dazip

Right click on the link and select “Save Target As”, or the equivalent in your browser. Save the .dazip file to your computer. If your browser tries to rename it to a .zip file, rename it back to .dazip after download. Don't extract it, leave it as a .dazip.

Find the daupdater.exe application, it is usually located in the bin_ship directory in your Dragon Age Installation (For example C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship\\daupdater.exe) Double click on it to open it.

Click on Select DAZIPs. Navigate to where you have saved the .dazip file and open it.

Now the .dazip file will appear on the Install tab. Select it on the list and click Install Selected.

Once its installed it is supposed to make Return to Ostagar available for purchase in-game. It should show up on the Downloadable Content Available Content list, and will make Bann Loren's Lands show up on your world map after Lothering, where you could go and purchase RtO in-game.

Would DAO-Modmanager even put it in the right place? Its supposed to get installed to the My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\offers directory, and get added to My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\offers.xml.

If DAUpdater crashes, that is likely your underlying problem, since without it you can't download and install any addins or offers automatically. Try installing the beta fix. Also make sure that your Windows Region and Language settings are set to English (United States) (the xml parser chokes what it sees as irregular number and date formats.)
