I think that's right, yes -- Grey DeLisle is Velanna.

Everyone is voiced by Kain.

And in the end of Awakening, we will have to sacrifice the character we spent two games building up, so that Loghain can finally see past his hatred of Orlais, and see the true threat ( THE ARCHIESTIST DEMON ), which he will then fight in the bottom of the Deep Roads, using many awesome hops.

/misses LoKs completely absurd but at the same time badass story.
