I downloaded the Digital Deluxe Edition almost 3 days ago. I never got the Promo key though, I only got the CD Key and the Register Key. Steam has yet to respond to my email in almost 3 days. Im just wondering what I payed the extra $15 for if I have no DLC and no Items. Am I supposed to have a promo key too?
Steam Support is bad..
