Corinne Kempa as Leliana is the sexiest by far. Though all the companions including Loghain are just plain awesome.

Definitely Steve Valentine/Alistair as favorite and for sheer sex appeal. I never thought anyone could sound so hot in the middle of a nervous breakdown (landsmeet), but he nailed it.
Tim Curry naturally, except his gorgeous dark chocolate voice was cruelly attached to Howe's Fugly moldy turnip face. If I simply cover my screen when Howe's going on about killing my family, it can still make my toes curl.
Greg Ellis, who does Cullen's voice, and Anders in Awakenings, also up there for hawt factor.
Duncan's voice is like audio valium. very relaxing.

Corrine Kempa as Leliana. While I adore every voice actor (Maker, the voice actors were amazing in DA), that Orlesian accent makes me melt every time.

Steve Valentine MAN his voice makes me melt! Don't know who voiced him but I like Bann Teagan's voice too ("The Bannorn will not bow to you simply because you demand it" is my FAVORITE line in the game). And of course Tim Curry is AWESOME ( I hope he DEFINITELY comes back)! Claudia Black as Morrigan (I loved her in Farscape). Tim Russ as Zathrian, Kate Mulgrew as Flemeth...man too many voices to choose just one. My fave would have to be Steve Valentine. He has just the right timing to make Alistair both charming and funny and sexy.

Well.. I love Claudia Black since I am a Farscape fan and have liked her since then.
Ducan's dulcet voice is appreciable, and Zevran's voice is appealing as well. I would, however, lean towards Riordan, Teagan and Zevran, in that order..

Claudia Black for me (I am a red-blooded male after all) . I get all tingly when I hear her voice. Sorry it's true.
But Steve Valentine was pretty close. He certianly had a lot of dynamic range and had some of the best dialog in many respects.
I also enjoyed Steve Blum. (I had no idea he did Irving until I read this thread). After all he is Spike from Cowboy Bebop one of my favoirte noir anime of all time. You can't go wrong with that

I have a dilemma. My favourite voice actor has the least sexy role imaginable. Wendy Braun doing Hespith just put chills down my spine. For sexy male, it has to be Steve Valentine, although Bann sexy is great as well. For female sexy the nod goes to Corinne Kempa although Claudia Black is wonderful as well.
There really wasn't any awful voice acting and most of it was just incredible.

Wasn't that big on Claudia even though I loved her in Farscape. Guess it brought me too much back to that character, and not saying she was bad either just not my favorite.
I really, really like Simon Templeman as Loghain. His acerbic mocking of the Warden at the Landsmeet is classic.

Tim Russ did Zathrien? That's so weird, because when I first spoke to Zathrien, I couldn't help but think "This dude sounds like Tuvok, he even has pointy ears like a Vulcan".
I knew I recognized it.
