Why is this problem being ignored? Keziah posted 16 days ago. I have been "trying again" for days. I have had no problems with other DLC content downloading, just RTO. All I get when trying to buy it is "Sorry your request could not be completed at this time, please try again.. "
It's driving me crazy. I have paid for 400 points that I can't use it seems

There was thread about this, but its been unsticked and has fallen down the list since it was mostly resolved.
Delete the My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\Offers.xml file. It will take a little while to redownload the offers, but once they do you should be able to purchse RtO.

Aaaah, thank you - thank you - thank you. That fixed it
I apologise for being a bit impatient. I only recently bought the game and was getting frustrated at this issue. Maybe it should still be a sticky because people like me are still coming into the game even now.
Once again, thanks Kepha

I hate having problems with this junky site - there are far too many bug here that really need to be addressed, like redeeming promo-codes not working sometimes and then working three seconds later.

Hi, I'm having the "Sorry your request could not be completed at this time, please try again" problem when I try to purchase "The Darkspawn Chronicles" DLC. I tried Kepha's method of deleting the "offer.xml" and restarted the game, it doesn't work. Help pls. Much appreciated.

Had the same issue, managed to purchase it through http://social.bioware.com/page/da1-dlc and it appeared to work fine, didn't have time to really test it.

having the same problem...
I've got 560 points and like to get "Return to Ostagar" but clicking the "buy" button gives an instant "Sorry, your request could not becompleted at this time. Please try again."
And there's nothing wrong with my connection: my profile has been getting regular ingame updates plus I saw my points increase almost instantly after I bought them on the website.

I'm currently having the same issue with Golems of Amgarrak which gives this "Sorry, your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.". Every other addon worked fine, though.

This is retarded. Bioware usually is pretty good at supporting their games, what in the world is going on? It's not like this issue just started a few days ago. I really hope they fix this. I'm having the same issues with Golems of Amgarrak with that stupid "Sorry your request could not be completed at this time, please try again later"

I'm encountering the same problem with Golems of Amgarrak. Found some extra cash and hoped to play it tonight but to no avail. I even tried buying it through the main site and when I clicked the complete purchase button after checking the box, it just reloaded the page. THis leads me to believe their is something wrong with purchasing things.

I am having the exact same issue with Golems of Amgarrak. I even tried to purchase online through the http://dragonage.bio....com/dao/addon/ and I click the check box that I agree and then I am back at the same window to check the box and complete the transaction.

Tossing into the ring that I as well cannot download the Golems of Amgarrak content. Leliana's Song downloaded fine, but not Golems.

Have the same problem. Have over 1000 pts. Have successfully d/l'd TSP, RtO, WK, LS, all without any issues. Now can't get GoA, just the, "Sorry, your request could not be completed..." error message.
Tried deleting the "offers.xml" file. That resulted in a bit of delay in creating the list of Available Content, (just GoA and "The DLC Which Must Not Be Named") but same FAIL when trying to get GoA.
(Checking afterwards, the "offers" file was recreated in the same location with a current date/time stamp.)
Since I already paid for the points, I'm feeling more than a little ripped off here BioWare!

Yeah I've been having problems with the Golems of Amgarrak dlc. I downloaded all the other contents without any problems but Golems of Amgarrak gives me the "Sorry your request could not be completed at this time." The ea support been giving me the run around by saying to clear my internet cache and if that don't work try a different browser ><
So far all their advices to help me failed.
