That happened to me too last week. Tried to download from within the game and failed. Tried to download from user_entitlements page and failed too. Two days like that. I ended up using megaupload and installing dazips manually

@Walker;  How did you get GoA  onto Megaupload in the first place?

Once it's there, (or anywhere accessible in the cloud) I know how to get it into the game, but it has to be placed there to begin with.

I didn't. It was already there.
I was getting frustrated after I bought the thing,  just did some googling.

Ummmm, I believe you bought some "Points", then became frustrated (like the rest of us) when you couldn't use  those Points to buy the DLC, right?   I had hoped you had gotten some sort of personalized assistance form EA or BioWare Tech (non-) Support and that they had placed it in some special folder for you to retrieve.

Thandal Disapproves (but understands the motivation.)

No, I bought some points, I bought the dlc with those points and then nothing. Downloading failed, downloading failed, downloading failed....

I'm presume that by, "bought the DLC", you mean the points were accepted by the server and deducted from your total, then by "download failed", that the connection started-and-dropped, or started and got "stuck" before completing.

Which is very different from my (and many others') experience this week. In our cases, when choosing "Buy" GoA on the in-game menu, there was an immediate "Sorry, your request could not be completed. Please try later." error message. And when attempting to obtain the same item from the alternative DLC page outside the game, the page simply refreshed after having clicked "Continue" to acknowledge the T&C and begin the download. In BOTH cases, the Points total did NOT change. In other words, it was our Purchase  that failed, not the download.

But in your case, something else happened?

I had to buy Warden's Keep online and I can't download it now. It doesn't say that I bought it in the game but my balance is now 0 when I did have 560 before I bought it. Help... Now I have no game and no points

If the strictest interpretation of what is a game problem to discuss versus what is a SITE problem to suggest belongs elsewhere were being applied, this particular variation is technically for the SITE Help, but the members here have been fielding these here anyway, and the moderators have had no objection that I have ever seen.

If you decided not to post anything after all, you could have just cancelled your post.  But the asterisks are also used here to automatically censor and replace vulgarisms.  If that was all you wanted to try to do, it's just Spam.
