Exactly what the title says. His modes stopped working somewhere inside Redcliffe Keep. The mode names vanished, as did any effects, he cannot activate modes or deactivate the one he was using when he broke, and I don't know whether or not he still gets any benefits from the one that he's stuck with. The names and effects even vanished from his Spells & Powers menu! Any help?

I had the same issue, however I then reloaded and his modes worked again, but in exchange whenever I talk to him the game craps out and Wardens Keep has disapeared from the map, so I reckon your DLC is going down the drain.
