Captain Sisko for the win! (I think he was a Captain by that point in the series)
I hate to admit but I did do a "oh lord.. will this be the last boss? I guess you can top MechanoSaren after ll." At this point I think I come to expect this from Bioware now. They love have a huge "epic" last boss. In fantasy it is easy, have a demonic dragon aka Archedemon and you are set. In Sci-Fi it is harder to do, so their solution is... well... this

The thing was, the orginal concept looked better then what we got >_>

What was the original concept? I don't think I ever saw it or heard of it till now.

Okay that is both disturbing and kinda of cool at the same time. It does make the whole sapient machine made of organic life a little more horrish. Wonder why they switched it to a mega-Terminator/Contra Boss.kraidy1117 wrote...
Its in the art book, orginly it was going to look like a huge baby with tubes and everying and looked more organic then the final design.

My face when I saw Miranda's ass
Because honestly I don't think having something that is made of metal "grow up" from a fetus makes any sense. I agree it is somewhat more disturbing, but if it is true that Reapers take on the form of the races they mulch up to make them, then the way the final boss appeared makes sense.Madecologist wrote...

But it doesn't make any sense, and people would have complained that they recycled the Thorian encounter. Bah, everyone's a critic.kraidy1117 wrote...
They wanted it to look more like a human, so sadly they ditched the old dsign which was a bad mistake. The orignal design was creepy, most likely it would have been fought like the Throien where we have to cut the tubes off (not like the Human-Reaper in the game with those little tubes, the concept had huge tubes all over the place) it just would have been cooler, more epic and less stupid.

I was really not upset by the final encounter, I thought it was pretty cool.
Why do people like to find things to complain about so much?
