only if you find Fiona.... or if Eamon knows.

he likely does know that though.

Maric trusted loghain to do the right thing , but personal Secrets, such as Allistairs mother, well I'm not so sure he shared that with anyone outside anyone he was related with if anyone at all.

I dont think she was his sister at all.

Gaider has left it up to the fanbase to make their own assumptions on this, but he's also pointed out that in order for that to be true the codexes and everything Alistair has told you have to be wrong.  He's also given the possibility of another child.  Further Goldanna would have to be lying about her mother dying in childbirth to the king's bastard.

Pure, baseless, conjecture.

Present it as such if you must, but don't present it as fact.

doesnt mean much that it isnt fact either.

he left it open to us, which means we will never know.

which in somethings, is good.
as we et to have endless and pointless discussions like this one.

such fun, isnt it great how it pulls people together??

I'd also like to point out that
Maric isnt the first Noble to have a Bastard offspring out there, and we dont ever hear about the mother on anyof them.

here is a spoiler for you,
She is not his Sister.
you know that maid Maric was supposed to have mucked ?

well guess what, that maid was indeed most likely Goldana's mother, and bother her mother and her were paid off to tell Allistair that.

Allistair's mother's name is Fiona.

Maker I hope it doesn't turn into that Daytime Soap Opera... next thing you know he has an evil twin brother that is who is in the vid trailer for Awakenings

Calling it now: Dude from the Penny Arcade comic/Howe's number one fan is Alistair's evil half-brother, and the intelligent darkspawn are created from Goldanna-Broodmother.  The Theirin seed still contains traces of magic from when the circle blessed the first king Theirin so many years ago, and that magic altered Goldanna's womb such that the darkspawn born from it have the souls of kings--instead of being souless monsters.

Don't forget that Morrigan is also Alistair's half sister, and they had sex and created a Theirin God Baby.

And that Anders is Fiona's true son which will bring political unrest to Ferelden once again.

See, the Anders theory is too obvious, plus he's a mage so he can't be king or whatever anyway.

I'm going with Howe's Biggest Fan being Fiona's son.  More political unrest that way.

Let me add to that... Duncan didn't die but became a Darkspawn that ended up tutoring these relatives of Alistair.
I'm still going with Sandal the Paragon.
Bella is really a dude in disguise.
AND Dragon Age actually takes place in Modern Times of today but some rich guy made robotic Dragons and this is all happening in some cornered off place of Earth where technology never passes TY M. Night Shamastupidplottwist

Ooo, throwing a double-triple turnaround twist in the story! Alistair! No, wait, Anders! No, wait, Howe's biggest fan! I like the way you think.

But Morrigan is still fact. And the God Baby with Alistair ending will become canon because I say so. If you don't like it you can go cry to Zevran. I hear he goes both ways.

There's not a chance in hell that future storylines are going to be based on incest. That's just WAY too creepy. Case in point, the horror that is wincest fanfic. Brrr.....

THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!

I kind of think it won't matter who sired the God Baby.  I'm pretty sure relation to the royal family of Ferelden will be such a minor issue as to be completely unimportant when it takes its rightful place as ruler of men.  Ferelden is kinda small beans and all.

If you don't like it you can go cry to Zevran. I hear he goes both ways.

I'm sure I can think of better things to do with Zevran than cry.

You know, I don't think you realize this krylo, but Morrigan was lying to you. She wants to possess the child's body herself, just like Flemeth!

And I hear Zevran gives great massages...

This is a very good point. There are too many possible sires for major plot points to hinge on it being any one individual.

in a 100 years even the discription of the Grey Warden who ended the fifth Blight and lived will be a mere foot note.

all that will be said is that the Warden was 12 feet tall and had the strength of 10 men.

even more so if that no statue was made of the warden, or Loghain if it was he who offed the 5th arch demon
