I would love to see post ME2 / pre ME3 DLCs.  I can see a lot of fun taking place in the Terminus systems.  Think of all the things that have to happen before you take on the Reapers and can take place before ME3.  (If you have any plotlines that you'd like to see please share.)  Here are a few ideas that I'd like to see:

Tame the Terminus system before taking on the Reapers.  After all,  fleets focused on the Reapers can't defend against pirates.  For some reason this calls to mind an old bumper sticker that read " Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil cause I'm the meanest S.O.B. in the the valley." 

You've got to negotiate a peace between the Geth and the Quarians.

I'd love to see an embedded reporter storyline.
