I kinda need help following those "markings" in the wild. It says theres one at the felled tree by the ruins but for the life of me I cannot make it out.
Anyone have any pointers?

And well yes I noticed that. And Even when I stood on the X I could not figure out what the heck I was supposed to look for. No patterns or anything jumped out at me... I fail
