i am new to the site my charcters are not showing up i tryed everything in the FAQ and it still wont work
please help me!

Wrong forum - you should be in the technical help. But I will say this: How long has it been since you uploaded them? Ignore the "within the hour" bit; oftentimes, it takes several hours to days for characters to upload to the site.
